Excellent performance. Liam's voice bears the scars of all the touring in 94. Columbia is incredible! The name of the KTS release of this show ("Listen Up") suggests the star track. This is one of the very first performances of Listen Up, and is very well done.
I doubt it's the complete show, missing tracks could be Cigarettes & Alcohol and I Am The Walrus.
"Flashbulb Records" in Japan used Listen Up as the source for a released entitled "British Columbia" in 2002 (thanks to @keke from Live4Ever for the runtime details).
There is also an "FM Broadcast" in circulation which is actually just a clone of the Listen Up release. There is a SONY/EPIC promo cassette in circulation with the same tracks and is the likely source for both Listen Up and Flesh and Blood. The cassette promo has a slightly longer intro:
