Notes from @ScottishTeeVee:
This Oasis set was filmed in London on December 22nd 1995, for broadcast on December 31st 1995 & January 27th 1996. I recorded both shows in full on the same TDK VHS E180 videotape, recorded at SP, mono audio, from analogue terrestrial broadcast. The aspect ratio is 4.3, it was never broadcast in 16.9 widescreen, so any other version you see on YouTube is cropped from 4.3 to 16.9, which means the top and bottom of the screen on all other versions is missing.

This session was broadcast over 2 shows: "Don't Look Back in Anger", "Wonderwall" and "Roll With It" aired on New Years Eve / December 31, 1995; "Round Are Way" and "Some Might Say" went out on January 27, 1996.
For some reason "Some Might Say" was broadcast in black and white. The DVD sources originally circulating had a pretty ropey recording of this one track but this got upgraded when the Channel V broadcast surfaced.
The Vulgartone release Rags to Riches dates the performance as December 1, 1995.
