Comments:

Infamous performance at the MTV Awards, 1996.

The performance is introduced by Ewan McGregor and Ewan Bremner who had both recently appeared in Trainspotting.

Liam starts by saying that the crowd are all having "a shit time but you're too scared to say it...". He then changes the lyrics to the chorus "Champagne Supernova up ya bum" and punches the microphone over at the end of the song and gobs on the stage.
