Remaster & Matrix of 3 Audience Recordings
The title of Oasis is "Special Feature on the Best Performances of Oasis' Japan Tours"! The latest remastered and matrix sound source from the final day of the "DON'T BELIEVE THE TRUTH" tour in the fall of 2005, which featured the heaviest and richest band sound in Oasis history with The Who's Zak Starkey as the drummer, on November 21st at Yoyogi National Gymnasium No. 1, where the performance, sound quality, and audience reaction all stand out compared to other performances on the tour! This is because there has been no broadcast of a full-size live performance in any form, nor has there been any excavation of a sound board, but above all, in the era of 2005, the release of the latest performance in Japan of an active band was extremely prosperous. In addition, it was a time when Oasis came to Japan twice in one year, which seems like a dream now, but at the time it even seemed natural. In other words, if they were that popular, it was natural for them to release their latest performance in Japan as soon as possible. After nearly 20 years since their tour in Japan in the fall of 2005, the release is finally here! Of the two visits to Japan in 2005, the solo performance took place in the fall, and the one in which both the band members' tension and the audience's reaction were the best was at Yoyogi National Gymnasium No. 1 on November 21, the final day of the tour. A high-quality audience recording was released from there at the time, but after nearly 20 years, not only will it be difficult to obtain, but even if you have it, there may be some copies that cannot be played. However, there is no art in simply reproducing the sound source from that time. We have gathered the perfect ingredients for the perfect dish. First, the main feature will be the highly acclaimed masterpiece ``LIVE AT YOYOGI DAIICHI TAIIKUKAN ON 21ST NOVEMBER 2005,'' which boasts the best sound quality among the real-time releases, and will be called ``rec 1.'' And ``GLEANING OF SOUL'' will be ``rec 2.'' In addition to these nostalgic items, we have prepared three types of audience recording sources, including "rec 3", which is circulating among online enthusiasts! On top of that, our engineers, who have been working on Oasis releases, have made full use of the three AUD sources mentioned above to perform matrixing and remastering! The highlight is the fact that the latest AI is used to cut out a total of 21 stems, 3 AUD sources x 4 drum stems (bass drum, snare, tom, other cymbals) + 3 AUD sources x the remaining 3 stems (vocals, guitar, bass) = 12 + 9, and the output of each sound is remastered and mixed down! This is literally a godsend of engineering! As a result, the sound image of Liam's singing voice and the contours of the performance have evolved into something vivid and direct at once. At the same time, the overwhelming excitement of this day, which everyone agrees on, is also increased. The finish is so impressive that it brings back memories of this day, saying, "It was exactly like this..." Also, the New Tattoo version, also known as "rec 1," which was considered the best album to have been released, had a gymnasium-like texture with a thumping bass, which was particularly noticeable at the beginning of "Lyla" and "Morning Glory." This has also been completely eliminated by the remastering. The balance and power of each musical tone has been greatly improved this time, to the point that the famous recording of the New Tattoo version sounds like a floating sound, and this is exactly what it means to say that it is "like a sound board sound source." It is a finish that distinguishes it from a simple sound source matrix. And because Liam's voice is closer, the passionate performance with the thick and heavy band sound unique to this tour can be enjoyed more than previous items. Since it was the last day of his visit to Japan in 2005, Liam's voice was a little tired, but he did not rot, and instead sang overwhelmingly passionately, which is why this day is considered a masterpiece. Furthermore, in songs such as "Mucky Fingers," "Rock 'n' Roll Star," and "My Generation," Zak Starkey's impressive drum technique, reminiscent of Keith Moon, is particularly prominent, and it is fitting to say that you are "bathed by the hammer of sound all over your body." The remix and remaster will allow you to once again realize what an outstanding night it was. This will not only be a wonderful live documentary of the final day of the 2005 Yoyogi concert, but above all, it is a wonderful release from the Japan tour in the fall of 2005. This groundbreaking CD will be released not only for the maniacs who attended at the time, but also for the new generation of fans who are excited about the reunion. If you are listening to the Japan tour that was held with the masterpiece "DON'T BELIVE THE TRUTH," this is an exquisite album that you cannot miss!
