comments
Part of the Sound City '94 Festival. Rebroadcast by Radio 1 in 1997 without Shakermaker.
Similar to his intro at the SONY New Music Seminar at Gleneagles a month earlier, Liam intros "Supersonic" with "This is the last one. And it's going to be the single, Supersonic so go and buy it."
"Supersonic" was released 4 days later on April 11, 1994.
Many bootleg tapes and CDs wrongly list the as "Glasgow Tramshed".
A Year in the Life contains "Supersonic" and lists it as "New York, July 1994", but it's actually from this show.
Cigarettes & Alcohol is very heavy, and Supersonic, well, basically you will NEVER hear them play it anywhere near as good as they did here! From the extended intro to the slightly varied riff at the end, it's perfect!
