setlist
Intro
"Be Here Now" (live at AIR Studios)
The band revisit Maine Road and reminisce a year after the historic gigs in 1996
Interviews and news coverage of the infamous "split" in September 1996
"Fade In-Out" (Album version)
"Fade In-Out" (Rehearsal Footage, including Noel challenging Bonehead to remember how to play "Cloudburst")
The making of the "D'You Know What I Mean?" music video
"It's Getting Better (Man!!)" (live at AIR Studios)
"Stand By Me" (live by the pool at at Bonehead's House)
Radio Broadcast - Liam sings the second verse ("Times are hard when things have got no meaning...") whereas on the TV Special the first verse leads straight into the chorus.
TV Broadcast - all the choruses consists of 2x rounds of "Stand By Me, nobody knows the way it's gonna be"
Radio Broadcast - all the choruses consists of 3x rounds of "Stand By Me, nobody knows the way it's gonna be"
Radio Broadcast - The vocal on Liam's "If you're leaving..." verse is a bit rough (sounds like he needs to clear his throat on the first word) whereas on the TV Broadcast it's a clean take
"Be Here Now":
TV Broadcast - Liam fluffs the lyrics in the first verse and sings "Make no sweat of the SONG that you're diggin" (with a bit of a squeak on the "Make").
"It's Getting Better (Man!!)":
TV Broadcast - Liam has a little voice break on "wish" in the first verse.
The Be Here Now "Chasing The Sun Remaster" uses the BBC Radio 1 source, presented in full for the first time (the version aired in the radio special starts with an interview with Liam and finishes with Jo Whiley speaking over the guitar outro).
In 2022 the documentary was rebroadcast on BBC2 HD. The programme was identical apart from all the captions were removed... On the original broadcast (and Promo VHS/DVD) there were captions introducing Noel and Liam, naming the venues they visited (eg. Maine Road) and the name/venue/date of all the live takes.
In the 2000s a DTV source of "Stand By Me" surfaced via "Telehits" - it's exactly the same edit as the TV documentary.
